American Academy of VistA EHR Technology

  Diamond status of AAVET membership is the highest level of all business memberships and is conferred upon the member upon successfully completing the requirements of this Academy. This level of membership is available to both individuals and businesses. After at least one year of membership a person Diamond Member may apply for a  'Fellow' status. This application will be evaluated by the Membership Board of the American Academy of VistA EHR Technology and the status may be elevated to a Fellow at the sole discretion of the Board. Upon being so elevated the Academy will confer upon the Fellow the title of 'Fellow of the American Academy of VistA EHR Technology' which may be used as a suffix,  FAAVET, to the Fellow's name. A 'Fellow' status is not available to business entities.

        Silver and Gold levels of membership provide a period in which the capabilities of the member can be evaluated for recommendation to the Board before elevation to the Diamond level.

        This membership level is presently too early to be offered. AAVET reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership with or without cause at any time.
